Booking and Payment

• Eligibility: You must be 18 years of age or older to book a tour.
• Booking Process: Tours can be booked through the Site or by contacting us directly.
• Payment: We accept various payment methods as specified on the Site. Full payment is required at the time of booking for most tours. Some tours may require a deposit with the remaining balance due before the tour commences. Specific payment terms will be outlined at the time of booking.
• Prices: Prices listed on the Site are in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change. We will notify you of any price changes before confirming your booking.
• Confirmation: Upon receipt of your booking and full payment, we will send you a confirmation email with all tour details and inclusions.

Tour Modifications and Cancellations

• Changes by Go Oman: We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety concerns). We will notify you of any significant changes and offer alternative options where possible. In case of major itinerary changes or tour cancellation on our part, you will be entitled to a full refund or rebooking on a different tour date.
• Changes by You: Changes to your booking may be subject to fees depending on the tour and the timeframe of the change request. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but changes cannot be guaranteed.
• Cancellations by You: Cancellations must be made in writing via email. Cancellation fees will apply based on the timeframe before the tour departure date as outlined on the specific tour page or in your confirmation email.
• No Shows: If you fail to show up for a booked tour without prior notification, you are not entitled to a refund.

Travel Documents and Insurance

• Valid Passport and Visa: You are responsible for ensuring you have a valid passport and any necessary visas for travel to Oman.
• Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances like medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or lost luggage. Go Oman is not responsible for any expenses arising from such situations.

Health and Safety

• Fitness: You are responsible for ensuring you are physically fit and healthy enough to participate in the booked tour.
• Following Instructions: You must follow the instructions and safety guidelines provided by our tour guides throughout the tour. Go Oman is not liable for any injuries or accidents resulting from non-compliance with instructions.

Limitation of Liability

Go Oman is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from:

• Acts of God, natural disasters, or political unrest.
• Mechanical breakdowns or transportation delays.
• Theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings.
• Medical emergencies or illness.
• Accidents or injuries caused by your own negligence or the negligence of a third party.

Intellectual Property

The content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of Go Oman or its licensors. You are not permitted to use any of this content without our prior written consent.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Muscat, Oman.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Go Oman regarding the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements.
